“DOGGY STYLE TO MISSIONARY”
When it comes to Snoop Dogg and super producer Dr. Dre it’s more than a west coast thang “Baaaaabbby”. Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre have garnered the attention and homage from the world. At this very moment in time this duo does it again by captivating the fans with the new release of Snoop Dogg’s album “Missionary”. This album is released by “Death Row, “Aftermath” and “Interscope records”.
The entire project is produced by Dr. Dre, and fans are anticipating its release.. From fans, to other producers they are waiting to hear the creative chemistry used in this newly released project. Many in hopes of gaining knowledge from Snoop Dogg’s Bars and for others (Producers) Dr. Dre’s production style, why you ask? Well for those that know, they read in between the lines, there will be a plethora of gems in this release. As for others, if you are an artist who better to gain knowledge from that this dynamic duo.
This project consists of features with Eminem, 50 Cent, Sting, Method Man, Jelly Roll, Tom Petty, BJ the Chicago Kid, Jhene Aiko, Alus, K.A.A.N., Smity, Dem Jointz and more just to name a few. Aside, from all of the mainstream artist Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre have incorporated on this project what makes this project even more special is that this is Snoop Dogg’s 20th studio album and is the follow up from his “Doggystyle” project which was released thirty years ago up until “Missionary”.
According to commentary by the D.O.C. this new album is an example of what Snoop Dogg’s project would sound like now and a mix of the sound from Snoop Dogg’s “Death Row” days. Additionally, anyone who has kept up with Snoop Dogg from his early beginnings can truly appreciate Snoop Dogg’s artistic outlook on artistic talent.
In other words, Snoop Dogg, has an ear for talent and he has always sought out other talents that are completely opposite of his persona (Rapper), for example, “Tom Petty” “Sting” etc, who would have guessed? No one. that is the epitome of vision. This characteristic is exactly what defines Snoop Dogg as an artist. Additionally, with Dr. Dre in Snoop’s corner with his emphasis on perfection from “Doggy Style to Missionary” is exactly what you get.

Young Dolph Shot and Killed in Memphis Tennessee
Reports have revealed that Hip Hop artist Young Dolph has lost his life today in Memphis. Sources have provided insight to the Stars death. At around 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of Ketchum and Airway Dr. in Memphis Tennessee Young Dolph was stopping at a local eatery, when a storm of bullets ended his life. Witnesses report hearing between 40-50 shots being fired from two seperate vehicles with numerous passengers. Young Dolph has overcome numerous attempts on his life.
On September 26th, of 2017 Young Dolph survived an attempt on his life that took place in Los Angeles California in Holloywood. During that attempt he suffered three gun shots. No suspects or arrests found during the Holloywood investigation. Unfortunately, todays attempt did not allow Young Dolph to walk away.
As bystanders and police surrounded the eatery. The broken hearts of many of Dolph’s Fans clarified their hurt and pain verbally as they witnessed the artist’s death. Hip Hop as we have known it seems to be taking a darker side with lives such as Nipsey Hussle, Pop Smoke, King Von, Moe 3, just to name a few….. and now Young Dolph. We can only hope for better days within the industry. Days of Peace and no violence amongst our favorite artist and talent. Our hearts and prayers go out to his family, children, and his entire team.

Houston Texas Very Own “Slim Thug” hits the stage at the Revolt 2021
As the saying goes, “a picture is worth a thousand words”. It can be safe to say Slim Thug will be the highlight of every conversation centered around Diamond chains and Diamond Chain Charms. Of course we can not leave out giving “Slick Rick the Ruler” credit for this. Additionally, Slim Thug carried out Interviews for a segment titled “Get your shine On” which consisted of various participants that provided their personal input regarding the Jewelry scene and business. However, beyond the raps, fame, and bling, the main focal point of Revolt 2021 was to focus on the commuinty as a whole.
After a year of being canceled due to the Pandemic, the Revolt Summit brought out a plethora of artist from across the Hip Hop scene. The setting was all smiles, laughs, and plenty of in sight for the commuinty. It is beyond a great amount of pride to witness our community leaders step up to the plate and offer words of encouragement and most importantly guidance to viewers and up and coming entrepreneurs.
As a result, just as artist such as Slim Thug lead by example by paving the way for the future of our communities, individually, we should strive to do the very same for others as well.

Megan the stallion prepares for the Grammys.
As Megan the stallion, and all her fans prepare for the 63rd Grammy music awards; let us look at exactly how prestigious this award is. This award is made possible by the American Music Awards and the Billboard Music Awards.
The Grammy music awards begin in May of 1959.There are many other Awards that an artist may receive, however the Grammy music awards by far is the world series of awards. Various artists are nominees contending for these prestigious awards. These awards recognize artist within different categories designated by the Grammy music awards.
Based on Megan the stallions Talent, the 63rd Grammy Awards has Recognized Megan the stallion as a nominee, for the following: best rap song, best New Artist, best record, best rap performance.
Too many, this may not seem like a major accomplishment, considering we are talking about, Megan the stallion and accomplishment is so accessible to her. Since 2016 Megan the stallion has road blazing across The Hip Hop scene. Nevertheless, the opportunity that Megan the stallion has created for herself and others through her creative talent continues.
As we draw closer to the 63rd Grammy music awards on March 14th, 2021 it is good to keep in mind awards of any kind are not in the category as a lottery win. Hard work, effort, talent, and a winning team are the core recipe for success that is acknowledged on a platform such as the Grammy music awards.
However, this is not the only platform that recognizes artist. Meg the stallion has been recognized for her No Holds Barred lyrical influence, Charisma, and artistic drive many times over. Aside from fans taking notice, Megan the stallion has also been recognized and awarded by the following: 2 BET Music Awards, 5 BET Hip Hop Awards, 2 MTV Video Music and Awards, and 1 billboard women music award.
Nevertheless, being considered for the Grammy Music Awards is a major achievement for the Houston-based artist. An achievement that many of us have witnessed originating from Houston Texas, by the likes of Beyonce, Destiny’s Child, (Kelly Rowland), Chamillionaire, and Travis Scott, and many others just to name a few. as the Grammy Awards approach every fan, every Houstonian, the entire Third Coast, and the world itself, can take pleasure in witnessing Megan the stallion’s climb to the Grammy music awards and beyond.

Long live Nipsey Hussle
As we approach March 31st 2021, we recall the Loss of Nipsey Hussle on March 31st 2019.
Despite the industry losing Nipsey Hussle 2 years ago, the loss remains fresh in the hearts and Minds of his family, his loved ones, his close friends, and his fans.
Additionally, those with a voice and a platform continue to keep Nipsey hussle and his vision, “The Marathon Continues, “alive.
Most recently, soon after Valentine’s Day weekend, the release of Nipsey hussle’s “what it feels like “featuring Jay-Z was released. Additionally, Big Sean released (a Visual alongside Snoop dog) deep reverence, featuring Nipsey Hussle. Aside from these 2 album releases, there have been a plethora of projects from the late great icon, Nipsey Hussle; or projects that have featured him.
The loss of Nipsey Hussle, is no doubt, one of deepest emotional losses of our time. Nevertheless, his spirit and the love from his fans continues to fuel the marathon. Aside from the loss of Nipsey there are many lessons we all have learned.
And the spirit of Nipsey Hussle continues to motivate us all. Pursue your hearts desires. Let no day go by without appreciating those close to you. Appreciate the blessings in life you have, and the people that are blessings to you. And forever, let The Marathon Continue.

Cardi B reaches historic album sales in the US.
Cardi B has been trending, all throughout the internet, news feeds, and every media format that you can think of. Why? well, in case you did not know, Cardi B, has successfully sold over 10 million copies of her album single “Bodak yellow “within the US.
Additionally, not only has Cardi B successfully accomplish these record sales, she is the first female to have ever accomplished a certified song through the RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America) in history as Diamond.
Cardi B has set the standard for many in the music industry, within the genre of Hip Hop. To get a better understanding of how prestigious the diamond award is, as mentioned it requires 10 million copies of a single album to be sold. The US maintains the highest sales amount throughout the world. Moreover, these amounts are maintained at a high level as well, in the sales of gold, and platinum albums sold.
For example, the RIAA, recognizes album sales, as follows; 500,000 certified sales equal a Gold Award. 1 million certified sales equal a platinum award. Additionally, 2 million certified sales equal a multi-Platinum award. As a result, diamond certification album sales range at 10 million plus sales.
This is a major accomplishment. not only an accomplishment but a hell of a return on investment. from an executive point of view, when you look at the cost that was invested into the “Bodak Yellow” project, it can confidently be said that the budget for that album did not reach close to half a million dollars.
Nevertheless, what exactly drove cardi B’s album “Bodak Yellow” to such an astronomical height of sales? First and foremost, her fans, her team, and most importantly the love and appreciation that Cardi B has for her entire network of support.
The RIAA has recognized the accomplishments of a superstar and that super star has Illustrated her determination to give the world the very best of her Talent. Congratulations to Cardi B and all her great success.
Pop Smoke, nominee for Best Rap Performance at the 63rd Grammy Awards

R.I.P. to all of the greats that have ever entertained a crowd of eager listeners. Pop Smoke was one of these greats that we have lost along the way. A loss that was completely premature, considering Pop Smoke was merely 20 years old at the time of his death. From that tragic day on Feb. 19th, 2020 we fast forward to today.
With the 63rd Grammy Awards coming on Mar. 14th, 2021 Pop Smoke along with other artist are nominees for various Grammy Awards, Pop smoke is a nominee for Best Rap Performance, for his hit song “Dior”. Aside from this posthumous credit, Pop Smoke has hit many markers. For example, his hit song “The Woo” featuring 50 cent and Roddy Rich have had demand of more than 1.12 billion streams.
Other projects such as “Shake the Room”, Hello, and Dior all maintain high status on the Billboard awards. It is safe to say during the 63rd Grammy Awards airing, Pop Smoke’s ranks will soar again. Pop Smoke continues breaking charts Posthumously. These are great achievements, nevertheless, they can never and will never compensate for having a genuine soul here in our presence. R.I.P. the Woo.
